The object of these get-togethers is to enable native English speakers who speak good French, but who have few opportunities to practise speaking it, to spend an evening in the company of native French speakers. The recipe is a simple one: home cooking, a very relaxed atmosphere and only French allowed! A contribution to the Franglophones’ association, towards the cost of the evening’s food and wine, is always welcome.
